School Description: A British International School in Cairo is seeking an experienced Deputy Head (Pastoral) to join the leadership team from August 2026. The school follows the British curriculum and provides a supportive international environment focused on student wellbeing and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the pastoral care systems across the school
• Support student wellbeing, behaviour, and safeguarding initiatives
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to implement pastoral strategies
• Support staff in maintaining a positive and inclusive school culture
• Contribute to whole‑school development and leadership initiatives

Requirements

• A degree with a recognised teaching qualification
• A minimum of two years of teaching experience within the British curriculum
• Strong leadership and pastoral experience within a school setting

Salary & Benefits xwzovoh

• Salary: £47,000 – £50,000 per annum (Tax Free) – 70% paid in GBP, 30% paid in EGP
