Job Title: Student Success Coach Area: Oldham, Greater Manchester Start Date: March 2026 Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time only Salary: 105.00 -140.00 per day Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Are you a calm, patient, and resilient professional with a genuine passion for supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?

We are partnering with a welcoming and inclusive SEMH school in Oldham that is looking for a dedicated Student Success Coach to join their supportive and experienced team. Student Success Coach – Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs
  • Work closely with the class teacher to support learning activities, behaviour management, and targeted interventions
  • Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and resilience throughout the school day
  • Support the monitoring of pupil progress and maintain clear communication with staff and families

Student Success Coach – Person Specification

  • Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or behavioural needs (education, care, or youth settings)
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to behaviour support
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A sound understanding of SEMH and SEND strategies
  • A relevant qualification in education, care, or support is advantageous but not essential

Student Success Coach – To Be Eligible You Must:

  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK
  • Have an enhanced child barred list DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply)
  • Be able to provide two professional references (child-related preferred)
