Elite are partnering with a beautiful luxury fashion brand seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive global wholesale growth, expanding key accounts and entering new markets while maintaining strong brand positioning and controlled distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute global wholesale growth strategy
- Identify and secure new retail partners across key regions (EU, US, Middle East, Asia)
- Manage and grow top-tier wholesale accounts
- Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, margins, contracts)
- Oversee seasonal sales cycles, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Ensure brand consistency and exclusivity across all partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain)
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in luxury wholesale/business development (luxury RTW preferred)
- Strong global retail network and proven revenue growth track record
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial mindset with a refined brand sensibility
