Strategic Payroll Transformation Lead (9‑Month FTC)

King’s College School is seeking a Payroll Transformation Lead (9 months FTC) to drive the transition to a new MHR HR & Payroll system. You will oversee discovery, design, testing, and embedding of payroll processes with strong governance, data integrity, and minimal disruption.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, IT and the implementation team, ensuring accurate configuration, compliance with HMRC and pension schemes, and effective change management during go-live.
