Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can make a real impact? We’re seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join a collaborative and supportive team, helping to drive excellence across all HR functions.
What you’ll do:
- Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Support and manage complex employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, sickness, capability).
- Attend formal meetings, hearings, and investigations.
- Produce contracts, letters, and HR documentation in line with compliance standards.
- Support recruitment campaigns, interviews, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
- Review and update HR policies and processes to improve service delivery.
- Cover for the HR Manager when required.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion.
- HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent).
- Professional, proactive, and collaborative approach.
