Chief of Staff: Strategy & Execution for the CEO

Pave Bank is hiring a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and leadership team, driving the company’s most important strategic initiatives and sharpening operations. The role offers visibility across the company, investors, regulators, and clients in the financial sector and beyond.

You will own cross-functional strategic projects end to end, manage performance data, and drive transformation initiatives while collaborating across the organisation to remove obstacles and enable rapid execution.
