Senior Finance Manager — Hybrid & Leadership Role

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the integration of two merging Management Accounts teams and deliver accurate, audit-ready reporting across the organisation.

You will provide financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting support to clinical and non-clinical leaders, line manage staff, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership across multiple sites.
