Senior Airport Agent: Elite Passenger Care & Mentoring

ABM at Heathrow Airport is seeking a Lead Agent to deliver First-Class customer service, assist high-profile passengers and mentor newer agents within the team. You will manage high-volume special assistance flights, ensure accurate journey updates on PDAs and uphold safety standards while maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of £15.44 per hour.
