Production Operative
£17.89 per hourMonday to Friday | 10:00pm – 6:00am
We are currently recruiting for Night Shift Production Operatives to join a globally recognised confectionery manufacturer at their state-of-the-art facility in Estover, Plymouth.

The RoleAs a Production Operative, you’ll play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and meet the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment
- Supplying materials to production lines
- Carrying out quality inspections and checks
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and hygienic
- Supporting the wider production team to meet production targets
This is a hands-on role that involves standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.

- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Keen to learn new skills and procedures
- Experienced within manufacturing, production, or machine operation (desirable but not essential)
