Lead Restaurant Manager – 9-Month Maternity Cover

Popeyes UK & I is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a 9-month maternity cover to lead from the front in a high-volume restaurant in Maidstone. You’ll be the GM’s right hand, driving people, profit and guest experience while modelling the Popeyes standards.

You’ll manage shifts, coach teams, and ensure food quality, safety and compliance as you prepare for future leadership opportunities within our Popeyes University learning platform.
