Commercial Finance Manager / FP&A Manager

We are working with a dynamic and growing organisation to appoint a Commercial Finance Manager. This is a high-impact role, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and embed a strong commercial mindset across the business. Reporting to the CFO, you will act as a key business partner while overseeing a small team and providing financial insight, analysis, and challenge to support growth and operational excellence. You will play a central role in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while partnering with key departments to enhance decision-making and drive profitability. Alongside this, you will leverage data and reporting tools to deliver clear, actionable insights across the organisation. Benefits £60,000 – £75,000 salary 10% annual bonus Private medical 4% company pension Car Allowance 28 days annual leave Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes Provide insightful analysis on business performance, including variance analysis and KPIs Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, sales, and marketing to drive commercial outcomes Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions Deliver high-quality reporting and insights to senior leadership Support the development of dashboards and performance metrics Translate data into meaningful insights for both financial and non-financial audiences Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and efficiency Support systems and reporting enhancements (e.g. ERP and BI tools) About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Strong background in FP&A or commercial finance Proven experience in business partnering and influencing stakeholders Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Commercially focused with a proactive, solutions-driven approach Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly Apply below or get in touch with Marc Norton at Artemis Human Capital for full details.
