SEMH Nurture Teacher: Transform Lives in Year 7

Parker Smith Inclusion is seeking a SEMH Nurture Teacher for a West London school. The role is long-term to permanent, with a full-time term-time schedule on the MPS Outer London scale (£39,196 – £52,241). Interviews are arranged ASAP for a September 2026 start.

You will work with Year 7 pupils who have SEMH needs, often alongside Autism/ADHD, within a school environment prioritising regulation before academics. Direct SEND experience is essential and specialist collaboration is encouraged.
