Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a commercial team supporting infrastructure projects. You will help manage project costs, contracts, and commercial documentation to ensure efficient and compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
- Monitor project costs and issue financial reports
- Manage variations, valuations, and final accounts
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Support procurement and contract administration
- Maintain accurate commercial records
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or civil engineering
- Strong cost planning, measurement, and commercial management skills
- Knowledge of standard contract forms
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial software
Qualifications
- Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
