£70,000 – £80,000 Basic + Bonus + Travel + Long term stable career + High end projects + Job Security + Annual leave + Pension + MORE A well-established contractor is seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering high-end, super prime projects across London and the surrounding Home Counties.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on beautiful, design-led developments while managing 2–3 projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on quality delivery and ensuring projects are executed properly from start to finish. You will play a key role in the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages, working closely with project teams to maintain financial control while supporting the delivery of exceptional builds.
The Role
- Commercial management of M&E packages on high-end residential / super prime projects
- Overseeing 2–3 live projects across London and the Home Counties
- Managing cost reporting, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Working closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients
- Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards

Requirements
- Proven experience 5+ years in Quantity Surveying with a strong background with an M&E Contractor
- Driving licence and happy to travel to site and the office
