We are seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor on a 65m commercial refurbishment project located in the West End of London.
The Role
- Working on site alongside a Commercial LeadManaging commercial duties across the project lifecycle
- Taking ownership of procurement packages
- Supporting cost control, valuations, variations, and reporting
About You
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for Main ContractorsStrong refurbishment / cut & carve background preferredExperience on projects 10m+ in valueComfortable managing procurement and subcontract packagesCandidates from a developer background will also be considered
