The position is for an Oxfordshire based construction consultancy.
The role is for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Valuations
- Pre-tender estimates
- Final accounts
- Variations
- Cost reporting
- Cost management
Chartered Quantity Surveyor requirements for the role are:
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Various sector experience.
- Autonomously running projects
- Client facing
- Final account experience.
