We’re now looking for a Consultant, Senior, or Principal to join our growing construction division and help shape the next chapter of our success story.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a full 360° recruitment role – but done properly.
- Build long‑term relationships with clients who value quality over speed
- Scout, attract, and represent top White Collar Construction talent
- Interview and assess candidates with a consultative, expert‑led approach
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
- Provide real market insight, not generic sales talk
- Collaborate with a supportive team who champion each other’s success

You won’t be pushed into meaningless KPIs.
You’ll be trusted to do your best work!
Someone who:
- Has experience in recruitment (Construction or similar preferred)
- Loves building relationships, not just transactions
