Overview

Job Title: Multi Trader (1x Carpentry biased 1x Plumbing biased)

Location: South London

Pay: Up to £39,000 p/a + overtime available

Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative

Hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)

Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced social housing Plumber/Multi Trader to work with their client in and around South London. Van and fuel card provided.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing
• Carpenter
• Patch Plastering
• Tiling repairs
• Painting and decorating

Requirements

• Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing/Carpentry (or equivalent)
• Highly experienced in Plumbing and Carpentry
• Social housing experience
• Experience of working as part of a team to meet targets
• Full UK Driving Licence
