Regional Support Manager Circa £70,000-£75,000 plus package
North – Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire, North Yorkshire, Cheshire
Regional Support Manager required to join a well respected, developing care provider to oversee the management of homes across the North of England, ideally situated in the Staffordshire (West Midlands) but will be covering homes in Nottinghamshire, North Yorkshire and Cheshire areas. Our client specialises in the residential and clinical care for the elderly and those with dementia.
Responsibilities
As Regional Support Manager you will oversee the management, quality assurance, compliance and development of all nursing and residential homes.
Qualifications and experience
- Regional candidates with some multi-site management experience preferred but candidates looking to take a step up from a Home Manager role will be considered.
- Experience in turning around homes and developing services is desirable. xwzovoh
- Managers with a nursing PIN would be preferred but managers with a strong background in nursing homes would also be considered.
- Nurse qualification essential
- Strong home management skills
- Peripatetic manager / Care home troubleshooting experience
- Ability to travel
- Driving license
