- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Support children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional needs
- Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Implement positive behaviour strategies and support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and regulation
- Help create a nurturing, structured, and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and wider support staff to monitor and support pupil progress
