A specialist Cost and Project Management Consultancy is continuing to strengthen its Quantity Surveying/Cost Management team by adding a client facing Quantity Surveyor.
The Quantity Surveyor’s role
Based in London, the new Quantity Surveyor will become part of a 20+ team who work across an interesting, unique, and occasionally complex, projects within the heritage, arts, and cultural sectors.
Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with the PMs to provide pre and post contract services from the initial design stage through to completion.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
- Would suit an Assistant QS seeking a step up, or someone already at QS level
- Construction Consultancy / PQS experience
- Museum or heritage project experience would be a plus, but not essential
- Pre and post contract experience
- Client facing
