About The Role Join one of the UK’s leading Total Facilities Management providers as an Electrical Supervisor, playing a key role in supporting our ongoing growth and commitment to excellence. Working within a major acute hospital environment in Belfast, you will oversee electrical maintenance, compliance, and day-to-day operations across a complex, high-demand healthcare estate. Location: Belfast Hours Per Week: Monday – Friday, 40 Hours Job Type: Permanent Full Time The Electrical Supervisor will: Lead and coordinate a team of Electrical Engineers to ensure efficient service delivery. Represent the team in client briefings, progress reviews, and project meetings. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management as required. Plan, assign, and oversee works carried out by both direct labour and subcontractors. Uphold health and safety standards on site, including conducting staff and subcontractor inductions. Ensure all works meet high-quality standards and client expectations. Supervise on-site operations, managing both internal staff and external contractors. Monitor project timelines and ensure works are delivered according to schedule. Conduct pre-completion inspections and resolve any outstanding issues. Finalise and submit Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals upon project completion. About You Essential Criteria Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) / Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or equivalent. Formal Qualification NVQ Level 3 electrician or equivalent. City and Guilds ) Level 3 qualification. Highly experienced in Electrical installation works for commercial and industrial installations. Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite. Proven Leadership and people management skills. Desirable Criteria High Voltage awareness training. Manual Handling training. COSHH training. Confined space training. IPAF card holder. Competent in the use of Microsoft Project.
