Join our client, an established Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy in Cross Hands and drive the technical delivery of exciting civil engineering projects. As a Principal Civil Engineer, you’ll ensure top-tier quality, manage project performance, and mentor our client’s talented team.

The Role:

• Oversee project design and delivery, ensuring excellence.
• Manage project commercial performance and quality.
• Engage with clients and lead a design team.
• Design drainage, highways, and civil infrastructure, mastering adoption procedures.

Your Expertise:

• 8+ years of post-graduate experience, with proven project responsibility.
• Expertise in MicroDrainage, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent experience).
• UK driving license.
• Local residence or willingness to relocate.
