Responsibilities
- Generate new business through high‑volume outbound activity, including proactive telesales and persistent follow‑up.
- Develop strategic new business opportunities aligned with targeted campaign criteria.
- Maximise revenue from existing customers through cross‑selling and identifying additional product/service needs.
- Convert leads from field engineers, inbound calls, emails, and web live‑chat into quotable opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support the wider sales team with essential sales administration.
Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes
- Proven track record in phone‑based selling within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Experience meeting high‑output activity expectations (e.g. 100+ dials per day).
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret customer spend and CRM data to identify sales opportunities.
- Highly resilient, optimistic, and self‑motivated, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence.
- A team‑oriented approach, demonstrating humility, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
