Residential Property Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Residential Property Paralegals to join one of our well established clients, across their Elgin and Inverness offices.

The Role:

We are seeking capable and motivated paralegals to support the busy Residential Property teams. The role will involve:

• Assisting solicitors with title due diligence
• Preparing first drafts of standard securities and discharges
• Ordering all relevant property searches
• Preparing Land Registration application forms and submitting deeds for registration
• Preparing LBTT submissions

About You:

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
• Strong knowledge of Scottish property transactions and registration processes
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach
