Residential Conveyancing Locum Solicitor – April Start – Ongoing – Middlesex
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum Solicitor to join a busy Middlesex office from April, with ongoing work available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a full caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Handle new build transactions, shared ownership, lease extensions, transfers of equity, and remortgages
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of client care
• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents and other introducers
Candidate Requirements:
• Confident managing a busy and varied caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property work
• Personable, proactive, and professional
