A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join this cutting edge London residential property department. This role would suit someone looking to take the next step towards partnership.
You will handle premium residential work, including new-build developments, multi-million-pound sales and purchases, and matters for high-net-worth clients.
Alongside your own caseload, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior solicitors and contribute to the team’s strategic growth plans.
Requirements
- 6+ PQE in Residential Real Estate
- Proven experience with high-value London property transactions
- Strong client-management acumenand commercial awareness
- Experience mentoring or leading junior colleagues
- Ambition to work towards partnership
