Residential Property Lawyer sought for a modern and growing law firm based in Buckinghamshire, focused on providing high-quality legal services with a personal approach.
The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Residential Property Lawyer to join their friendly team. You will manage and build your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish within a friendly and supportive team.

The Role
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- New build and shared ownership purchases
- Transfers of equity
- First registrations and assents
- Help to Buy loan repayments
You will handle files from opening to closure, including:
- Preparing initial paperwork and onboarding
- Drafting contracts and reviewing title documents
- Raising and responding to enquiries
- Reporting on searches and mortgage offers
- Exchanging contracts and completing transactions
- Post-completion work, including registrations
- Maintaining accurate and compliant file records
- Christmas office closure
- Pension
- Free parking
Requirements
- Solicitors with around 2 years’ PQE plus experience
- Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Experience using case management systems
- Comfortable dealing with people face-to-face
- Working within a target driven environment
