The Role

The firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its growing Swindon office. You’ll handle your own caseload of residential matters, which may include:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership and Help to Buy cases
  • Advising individuals, families, and local businesses on a broad range of property needs

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the firm, while being trusted to run files with autonomy.

About You

  • 1+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer)
  • Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and enthusiasm to be part of a busy, well-regarded team
