Full-service law firm in Cambridge are seeking a Solicitor to join their dedicated andclient-focused Residential Property team

Residential Property Solicitor – Cambridge with hybrid working

Client

A busy Residential Property team who have built up an excellent base of high wealth clients

Role

• Acting on routine residential property transactions
• Work independently and alongside more experienced colleagues on more complex and specialised matters, as required
• Acting for a range of clients including HNW individuals and limited companies on the purchase/financing of freehold/leasehold properties of varying complexity and value
• Playing an active role in business development

You

• 3+ years PQE dealing with a range of property transactions
• Highly organised with excellent IT, case management and communication skills
• A strong desire to learn, widen your knowledge and continue your professional development
