Transport Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our transport desk based in Burton-on-Trent.

Hours

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, early finishes on a Friday!

Pay: Negotiable depending on industry experience

Location: Burton on Trent (DE14 1PT)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract HGV drivers to support current and new clients within the transport and logistics industry
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate registrations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs/requirements
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements
• Contacting prospect clients via Business Development (cold-calling/networking etc.)

Due to the nature of this role, it is essential you have access to your own transport

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience within either the transport/logistics or industrial/warehousing industry
