The nature of the role requires a qualified lawyer (solicitor, licensed conveyancer, CILEX) with not less than 2 years’ relevant experience.
You will enjoy a client-facing role with responsibility for managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion. Typical instructions include:
- Sales and Purchase
- Lettings and Leasehold matters
- Transfers of Equity
- Shared ownership
- New Build
- Mortgage and Re-mortgage
The firm as a whole is instructed by a diverse range of local and regional businesses, private individuals and landed clients in the North Wales area.
Working as part of a team, you will also be involved in networking and developing trusted relationships with local agents, contacts and referrers.
