Overview
A prestigious and renowned Southend-based law firm wishes to recruit a Residential Property Lawyer.
Our client has around 100 people and an annual turnover of £7m. They are Legal 500 and Chambers recommended across many disciplines. In addition to a competitive salary, they offer a bonus scheme that pays between 10% and 20% of fees recovered over 3 times your salary.
Responsibilities
- Join the Residential Property Team as a Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE.
- Deliver a high standard of service within a very fast-paced team and handle standard conveyancing transactions.
Qualifications
- Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in Residential Property.
- Experience handling standard conveyancing transactions.
