Regulatory Data Analyst Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical, compliance-focused data professional to lead regulatory and financial data pipelines across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner closely with Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Data teams to ensure accurate regulatory reporting, audit readiness, and scalable data governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain regulatory & financial reporting data pipelines for CFD and Equities businesses
• Support regulatory reporting, audits, and internal controls with Compliance and Finance teams
• Build automated, reusable reporting pipelines from Data Lake / Databricks environments
• Track regulatory changes and update data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic
• Align data structures with trading, risk, finance, and operational workflows
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely, accurate, and traceable reporting delivery

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• 5+ years’ experience in Compliance, Audit, Regulatory Reporting, or Data Engineering
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and Databricks (or similar data lake platforms)
• Experience in financial services, brokerage, exchange, CFD, or derivatives environments
• Big 4 audit background is advantageous

Preferred

• Familiar with MT4 / MT5 data structures
• Experience with multi-jurisdiction regulatory reporting
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
