Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive / Conveyancer

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.

Matters will include:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters (where applicable)
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors

You will be expected to handle files independently while providing a high standard of client care and contributing to the continued success of the department.

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners
• Confident in running their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
