It’s our Patient Advisor’srole to make our patients feel like a superstar from the momentthey enter our clinics. Our Patient Advisors are often the firstperson our patient interactswith.
Every day will bringsomething new, but your day to day role willinvolve:
- Buildingrelationships with patients and ensuring regular communicationprior to and following theirtreatment
- Assisting in patientconsultations
- Scanning patients eyes usingstate of the art equipment as part of a full healthcheck
- Assisting patients to complete healthquestionnaires
- Introducing patients to theiroptometrist
- Scheduling treatmentdate
- Discussing financeoptions
- Accurately maintaining patientrecords
