Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Employment Solicitor to join a reputable and growing law firm based in Manchester. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, combining office‑based work in Manchester with flexible remote working.
They are paying a competitive salary of £45,000 – £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients at Employment Tribunal hearings
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures
- Support senior solicitors and partners on complex matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
About You
- Strong technical knowledge of employment legislation and tribunal procedure
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines
- Qualified Solicitor in Employment law with at least 0–4 years PQE
