Our client is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in London. You will support the commercial delivery of super prime refurbishment and bespoke new build residential schemes valued up to 20m, working closely with a Senior QS and project teams.
The role offers strong exposure across the project lifecycle, developing commercial capability while contributing to cost control and procurement on high-quality residential projects.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
- Supporting commercial delivery of high-end residential projects from procurement through to final account
- Assisting with procurement of specialist trade packages and high-specification finishes
- Preparingcostplans,cashflows,andmonthlycommercialreports
- Monitoringcostsandsupportingforecastingofprojectperformance
- Assessing subcontractor applications and preparing payment recommendations
