Job Description:
Reporting to the CFO, the Interim Head of Commercial Finance will lead all of the financial analysis and business partnering for this FMCG business based in London.
The business is £50m plus and has a market leading product with great opportunities for growth. You will own all FP&A and commercial finance and have indepth experience of working with operations and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full FP&A responsibilities
- Deliver month end packs and work alongside CFO to deliver
- Full budget and reforecasting responsibilities.
- Financial modelling and long range planning
- Finance business partnering across the business – including Sales teams, marketing, NPD, operations and supply chain.
- Own financial weekly sales reporting
- Challenge commercial teams with fact based financial data and analysis
- Business partner supply chain team and support the Ops Director on business on Capex decisions
- Business partner to C-Suite including CEO and CFO.
- Manage a team of circa 5
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified accountant or overseas equivalent
- Experience in consumer businesses – ideally FMCG
- Experience in small to midsize companies – £50 – £150m preferable
- Experience of manufacturing preferable
- Experience of products sold into retail/grocers
- Experience leading managing teams
Interim role for 6 months with a chance to extend or go permanant
Hybrid working. Central London Offices – 3 days per week in London/2 days WFH
