Stables Montessori owns and operates a group of Montessori preschools across Christchurch. This role will suit an experienced leader, or someone eager to deepen their understanding of the Montessori philosophy within a supportive and collaborative network.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and support a team to deliver high‑quality education and care
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Build strong relationships with children, whānau, and the community
- Guide curriculum planning in line with Montessori principles
- Support team development and oversee daily operations
About you
- Relevant ECE qualification and/or experience
- Leadership capability or readiness to step up
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Passion for early childhood education and Montessori philosophy
