Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overallSingapore digital traffic and sales / revenue growth. Able to define keysuccess factors and performance metrics for all activities and analyse resultsin the context of driving overall business KPIs.
- Strategize and design digitalmarketing roadmaps and key digital campaigns (e.g. double-digit festivals) accountingfor Social, SEM, SEO.
- Formulate mid-term, seasonal,monthly and weekly plans and strategies to achieve performance marketing KPIs.
- Briefing creative requirements forpaid media campaigns on (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc,.).
- Coordinate with agencies andinternal teams to ensure proper execution of paid media always-on and strategiccampaigns.
- Preparing budgets and media briefsto agencies.
- Assist in managing and optimizingaffiliate partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Support recruitment of newaffiliates and maintaining relationships with existing partners.
- Tracking and reporting of campaignperformance across all paid media and performance marketing platforms.
- Monitor and analyze keyperformance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates), and provide learningsand insights for optimization.
- Analyse, review & reporting ofchannel performance, while leading initiatives to build and champion globalbest practices.
- Be part of the process to strictlyadhere to online creative guidelines. Build, enhance and translate our brandidentity to digestible consumer fronting content.
- Work with cross-functional teamsto align paid media strategies with broader business objectives.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in paidmedia, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, MetaAds Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Affiliate Platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and abilityto interpret campaign data.
- Familiarity with tracking toolssuch as Google Analytics.
- Multi-tasker who can managemultiple projects simultaneously with strong project management capabilities ina fast-paced environment.
