Are you East Anglia-focused with a passion for delivering total customer/client satisfaction?

Do you have:

• Extensive experience of successfully managing and delivering multiple Roofing projects simultaneously within the Social/Affordable Housing, Public, Education, Defence and Commercial sector environments
• A proven track record in delivering a wide variety of pitched and flat roofing projects varying from new build projects to full roofing refurbishments
• Broad experience of the built environment, ranging from minor roofing work to large commercial projects up to £3m requiring multiple specialist packages
• Acting as a support to the Roofing Services Manager and assisting with decision making.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

• HNC or equivalent in building or surveying qualifications as well as roofing knowledge
• MSc Project Management/BSc Construction Management
• Member of Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multiple discipline projects simultaneously
• Construction Skills Certification Scheme card holder (CSCS)
• Strong multiple Programme and Projects Management/co-ordination
• Competent in Construction Health & Safety regulation, producing CDM documents, and H&S Files.
