Job Description

Responsibilities

• Advising on corporate matters including M&A, equity investments and reorganisations
• Supporting joint ventures and equity incentive arrangements
• Leading client workstreams across domestic and cross-border projects
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
• Providing practical, commercial legal advice to senior clients

Qualifications

• A solicitor or equivalent with 1+ PQE in corporate law
• Skilled in advising on M&A, corporate reorganisations and equity transactions
• Able to manage complex legal work and deliver high-quality advice
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and with senior stakeholders
• Confident drafting, negotiating and reviewing corporate documentation

Offer

Salary will be from £60,000 and above, commensurate with PQE plus benefits and hybrid working from Manchester.
