The Role
You’ll join a small, high‑calibre engineering team building AI‑native products from the ground up. In this role, you will work across the full stack to architect, build, and ship production systems powering multimodal AI agents. You’ll design intuitive interaction models for human–AI collaboration, develop scalable backend services, and rapidly prototype new features at pace.
You’ll also work directly with the founding team to shape technical direction, defining the platform architecture and helping build a genuinely new category of agent‑led product development. This is a true 0→1 engineering environment where you’ll have deep ownership and impact.
Non‑Negotiables
- Full‑stack engineering experience with production delivery
- Ability to ship end‑to‑end features in containerised environments
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid experimentation
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with ownership and resilience
Nice to Haves
- Founder or founding engineer background
- Experience building interfaces for agentic workflows
- Exposure to LLMs, multimodal models, or agent UX (AX)
- Experience shaping technical strategy in early‑stage teams
What You’ll Work With
- React engineering and modern frontend tooling
- Supabase or similar cloud‑native backend tools
- LLM agent workflows: tool calling, memory, retries, context updates
- Human–AI interaction models and agent UX (AX) design
- System design, architecture evolution, and scaling pathways
- MCP integrations and multimodal agent capabilities
Responsibilities
- Influence core platform architecture during its foundational stage
- Build and iterate on multimodal agent systems
- Prototype and refine new models of human–agent collaboration
- Work closely with founders on strategy and product direction
