Senior Architect (Revit)

Job Overview

Architect role based in Bristol, working on high‑profile projects across sectors such as advanced manufacturing, science, healthcare, education, defence and workplace. Projects include workplace, residential & master planning, education, defence, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and technical leadership.
• Develop strong design and technical detailing skills – Revit experience would be beneficial.
• Express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing.
• Prepare technical drawing packages and specifications.
• Apply a practical and methodical approach to problem‑solving, working to fixed budgets and within deadlines.
• Manage planning applications and Building Regulations.
• Inspect building work on site.
• Maintain knowledge of UK best practice standards.
• Develop customer relationships to identify additional opportunities and address challenges.
• Assist in business development.

Qualifications

• Experience in design and technical detailing – Revit knowledge is a plus.
• Showcase the highest design quality across all projects.
• Deliver efficiently & diligently, meeting deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and high standards of work.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, graphical and written.
• Experience working on defence, education or commercial projects is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
