Community Support Worker (1:1) – Dorchester Area

Enable is looking for a Support Worker to join our Dorset Outreach team. This role involves supporting a young adult living just outside Dorchester, providing 1:1 community-based support to help them engage in meaningful activities and develop their independence.

The successful candidate will need a calm and patient demeanor, ideally with experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, though full training is provided. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.50.
