Store Apprentice – Byfleet

16 hours per week. Only local residents who can commute to the store are considered. Candidates who are enrolled in or planning to enroll in a government‑funded study will not be considered. Store hours run from 7 AM to 8 PM, so applicants must be able to handle early starts and late finishes.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers: Understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.
  • Get involved in store operations: Handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks – be prepared to roll up your sleeves! There is a real family feel and we all pitch in as part of a close‑knit team, so you’ll never feel like you’re struggling.
  • Keep things running smoothly: Maintain a clean and well‑organised store, ensuring everything is ready for customers and safe for colleagues.
  • Learn while working: Set aside time each week to complete coursework, supported by your Store Manager and a dedicated apprenticeship coach.
