24/7 Crisis & Member Support Coordinator

Sonder is looking for a Member Support Representative in Manchester to be the first point of contact for members seeking support with mental health, wellbeing, and safety issues. You will assist members through instant messaging and phone calls, working closely with a team of Nurses and Psychologists.
