Power Apps Developer

Looking for a Senior Power Apps Developer to join a growing construction business and take ownership of their Power Platform environment. This is a brand new role, offering real autonomy and the chance to shape bespoke solutions from the ground up.

You’ll be working in a small team (2 others), delivering across the business and engaging directly with stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and building Power Apps (Canvas + Model-Driven) solutions
• Owning solutions end-to-end, from requirements to delivery
• Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and shape solutions
• Supporting integrations and data (Dataverse, SQL, etc.)

What they’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience with Power Platform
• Strong with Canvas Apps & Power Automate
• Solid technical grounding (C#, SQL, Azure DevOps)
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and taking ownership
• Someone with the right attitude who wants to make an impact

The role:

• Hybrid – 3 days on-site initially (first 6 months)
