ISQ Recruitment is recruiting for an Ad-Hoc Warehouse / Production Operative to support a busy manufacturing and warehouse operation in North Walsham. This role is ideal for someone looking for occasional shifts, including holiday and sickness cover, within a fast‑paced warehouse and production environment. Flexibility is key, as shifts may vary depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• General warehouse and production support duties
• Palletising products ready for dispatch
• Product wrapping and preparing stock for shipment
• Handballing products and materials
• Carrying out stock checks and inventory support
• Performing quality checks on products
• Supporting general housekeeping within warehouse and production areas
• Assisting the wider team as required during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
• Ability to carry out manual handling duties
• Good attention to detail, particularly with stock and quality checks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own transport beneficial due to shift patterns and location
